Maharah announces voluntary liquidation of its subsidiary

Maharah Human Resources Co. said its 100%-owned Growth Avenue Investment Co. decided to proceed with the voluntary liquidation of Nabd Logistics Services Co., according to a Tadawul statement.
 

Nabd Logistics is also 100% owned by Growth Avenue.

 

This decision comes as part of the company’s ongoing review and assessment of its owned companies and investments, aiming at focusing on promising future investment opportunities.

 

The relevant impact is not expected to be material on the company’s financial statements.
