Itmam signs emerging tech solutions deal with MCIT

Itmam Consultancy Co. signed a project with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) for the development and experimentation of emerging technology solutions in the industrial and logistics sectors.
 
 

The project value exceeds 20% of the company’s total revenues for 2024, Itmam said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The nine-month project aims to develop and test innovative solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, contributing to addressing the challenges faced by entities in the target industrial and logistics sectors as proof of concept.

 

This contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company's results for the year 2025-2026.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement said.

 

The necessary signatures were completed and a copy of the contract was received on May 11, 2025.

 

In April, Itmam signed a project with the MCIT for the development and experimentation of emerging technology solutions in the industrial and logistics sectors, according to data available with Argaam.
