Tibbiyah’s unit signs SAR 67.2M contract with Health Ministry

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co.’s (Tibbiyah) wholly owned subsidiary Al Faisaliah Medical Systems Co. (FMS) signed on May 5 a SAR 67.2 million contract with the Ministry of Health’s General Office, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

The contract, which was awarded on Aug. 8, 2024, aims to operate, maintain, and upgrade the infrastructure for cardiovascular imaging archiving systems and cardiovascular management systems for several heart centers.

 

 

The 36-month contract is expected to have a financial impact on the company's financial results in Q3 2025.

 

Tibbiyah recently noted that there are no related parties in the deal.
