Tawuniya receives IA approval for new product

The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) received final approval from the Insurance Authority (IA) to market and sell insurance products targeted at group customers in Saudi Arabia.

In a statement to Tadawul today, May 12, the company said the approved products include single-risk credit insurance, comprehensive credit risk insurance, and master trade finance policy relief, all designed for group customers.

According to data available with Argaam, Tawuniya is the oldest insurance company in Saudi Arabia, established in 1986. It provides cooperative insurance services and offers a wide range of insurance products, including health, motor, marine, fire, engineering, energy, aviation, Takaful, property, and accident insurance.
