The company stated that these licenses were granted in accordance with the Mining Investment Law, issued by Royal Decree No. M/140 dated Shawwal 19, 1441, and its executive regulations.

AMAK said it will carry out the necessary studies and exploration work within the regulatory timeframe to assess the economic feasibility of the targeted minerals.

The company noted that the Jabal Al Klah North and South licenses are adjacent to the Radeniah East exploration license, located in the Riyadh region, covering a combined area of 82.84 square kilometers.

The financial impact and timeline for these licenses will be determined upon completion of the required studies and exploration work, AMAK added.

The company said it will disclose any material developments in due course.

According to Argaam data, AMAK announced in January that it had won three exploration licenses for base and precious metals in mining tenders conducted by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources.
