GAS wins 2 contracts worth SAR 830.6M with SPPC

Gas Arabian Services Co. (GAS) was awarded, on May 13, two contracts by Saudi Power Procurement Co. (SPPC), the principal buyer, for a total value of SAR 830.64 million, excluding VAT.

In a statement to Tadawul, GAS said the first contract, worth SAR 326.32 million (excluding VAT), is to develop a gas pipeline infrastructure for the Rumah independent power plant (IPP) project.

 

The second contract, valued at SAR 504.32 million (excluding VAT), involves the construction of gas pipeline infrastructure for the Nairyah IPP project.

 

Both contracts encompass the design, engineering, procurement, supply, and transportation of all necessary equipment and materials, as well as construction, installation, and commissioning tests for the projects.

 

There are no related parties to these agreements, the statement added.
