SAMA Water shareholders to vote on 8% cash dividend for 2024 on June 15

Sama Healthy Water Factory Co. shareholders will discuss the board’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 8% of capital, or SAR 0.08 a share, for 2024, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for June 15, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to transfer the statutory reserve of SAR 3.06 million as of Dec. 31, 2024 to retained earnings, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

They will also vote on authorizing the board to distribute interim dividends, either semi-annually or quarterly, for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2025, the statement added.
