Saudi Azm wins consultancy services contract from Commerce Ministry

Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. announced the award of a project to provide consultancy services for the operation and management of the digital infrastructure for Saudization affairs at the Ministry of Commerce.

The company added in a statement on Tadawul that the project value exceeds 5% of total revenues in 2024.

 

The award notification was received on May 19, it said, noting that there are no related parties involved.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Saudi Azm achieved revenues of SAR 217.64 million during the fiscal year ending June 2024.

 

The project value at 5% amounts to approximately SAR 10.88 million.
