Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of CEO Khalid Allagany, effective Aug. 20, 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The resignation was submitted on May 20, citing personal circumstances, the statement noted.

 

The company will announce any developments regarding the appointment of a new CEO in due course, after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.
