Al-Babtain authorizes board to pay interim dividends for 2025

Al-Babtain Power and Telecommunication Co.’s shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on May 22, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
 
The remaining agenda items were also approved during the meeting.
 
The company had distributed cash dividends for 2024 at 15%, or SAR 1.5 per share, data compiled with Argaam showed.
