Axelerated Solutions’ Nomu IPO 208.1% oversubscribed

Axelerated Solutions for Information and Communication Technology Co. completed the initial public offering (IPO) of three million shares, 10.71% of the post-IPO capital, on the Nomu-Parallel Market.
 
 

Value Capital, financial advisor and lead manager, announced that the final IPO price was set at SAR 27 per share, with the offering 208.10% oversubscribed.

 

The subscription period ran from May 15 to May 21.

 

Value Capital will complete the necessary procedures with the Saudi Tadawul Group, after which the listing date on the Nomu will be announced.
