Saudi Industrial Exports Co.’s (Sadirat) shareholders elected board members for the upcoming three-year term starting on June 16, 2025.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the new board will include Eissa Aqeeli, Hatim Barajjash, Ghassan Al Haidari, Ali Al Humaidan, Saleh Al Rashaid, Bader Al Othman, Amer Al Ghofaili, and Khalid Al Nuwaisser.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders approved updating the company’s strategy.
