Multi Business signs agreement for contracting works in Riyadh projects

Multi Business Group Co. announced today, May 26, the signing of a framework agreement with Al Dira Real Estate Development and Investment  Co., according to a statement on Tadawul.
 

The final value of the agreement will depend on the estimation of the projects and services to be executed through separate purchase orders.

The three-year contract includes the execution of contracting works such as construction, architectural finishing, as well as electrical and mechanical engineering at the company’s sites and projects in the Riyadh region.

 

The financial impact of the agreement will be reflected on receiving separate purchase orders from the client, the statement said.

 

The announcements will be made in due course, including the periods during which the impact will materialize.

 

The contract was signed on May 1, 2025, and a signed copy was received on May 25.

 

There are no related parties involved, the statement noted.
