Fad reappoints Mohammed Moumena as Chairman, Ayman Jamal as Vice Chairman

Fad International Co.’s board of directors reappointed, on May 26, Mohammed Moumena as Chairman and Ayman Jamal as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that a secretary for the board was appointed. In addition, an audit committee was formed, comprising Nafez Al Morhabi (Chairman), and Amr Ibrahim and Saeed Bahatheq as members.

Meanwhile, Fad named Moumena and Mahmoud Nasou as representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), respectively.
