Shalfa secures SAR 258.8M facilities management contract from Tatweer Buildings

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. received its first award notice from Tatweer Buildings Co. (TBC) under a framework agreement to provide integrated facility management services for school buildings and private institutes in the Central Region (Qassim).

 

The contract is valued at SAR 258.78 million, excluding value-added tax (VAT), and covers facilities management services across the Qassim region, Shalfa said in a statement to Tadawul.

There are no related parties involved in the contract, the statement added.

 

On April 28, Shalfa signed a contract with TBC to deliver integrated facilities management services for school buildings and private institutes across the Central Region (Qassim).
