Lamasat shareholders to vote on 14.81% dividend for H2 2024 on June 26

Lamasat Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on a board of directors’ recommendation of a 14.81% cash dividend for the second half of 2024, or SAR 0.15 per share, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for June 26, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends for 2025 on a semiannual basis.

 

This would be the company’s first dividend distribution since its listing on Nomu parallel-market in February, the statement added.
