Al Ashghal Al Moysra to authorize board to pay 2025 dividends on June 25

Al Ashghal Al Moysra Co.’s shareholders will discuss authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), scheduled for June 25, according to a statement to Tadawul.
