Enma AlRawabi board reappoints Fahad Al-Mousa as Chairman

Enma AlRawabi Co.’s newly elected board reappointed Fahad Al-Mousa, a non-executive director, as Chairman during its first meeting held today, June 4. Abdulaziz Al-Mousa, an executive board member, was also reappointed as Vice Chairman and Managing Director, the company said in a statement.

The board appointed Mousa Al-Mousa as Board Secretary and named company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa).

The audit committee was formed with independent board member Abdullah Al-Sheikh as Chairman, alongside Anas Al-Mousa (non-executive member) and Abdulmalik Al-Sheikh (external member).

The nominations and remuneration committee will be chaired by Mohammed Al-Shutaiwi (external member), with Fahad Al-Mousa (non-executive member) and Abdulaziz Al-Mousa (executive member) also serving on the committee.
