Yaqeen Capital’s board of directors approved the resignation of Chairman Abdulmohsen Al-Saleh, effective June 1, according to a filing to Tadawul today, June 4.

The board authorized Vice Chairman Salman Shaheen to assume the Chairman’s powers and duties for the term that began on Feb. 7, 2024, until a new Chairman is appointed.

 

On June 1, Yaqeen Capital announced Al-Saleh’s resignation from his position as Chairman, as well as from board and committee memberships, citing personal reasons, according to data available with Argaam.
