Saudi Steel Pipe reappoints El Shayea Chairman, confirms CEO

Saudi Steel Pipe Co. (SSP) board of directors decided today, June 11, to reappoint Mohammed Al Shayea as Chairman and Carlos Ferreyra as non-executive Vice Chairman.

 

In a filing to Tadawul, the company said Renwar Berzinji has been appointed as Managing Director and confirmed as CEO. The company stated that his appointment as CEO is effective July 1, 2023, pursuant to a board resolution issued on May 3, 2023.

Additionally, the board named Mohammed Alshakhouri as board secretary and approved the formation of a new Audit Committee, effective June 7, 2025, for a three-year term ending June 6, 2028.

 

The committee is chaired by independent director Salman Akbar and consists of non-board members Maged Al Dakheel and Ruggero Signorelli.
