Wataniya Insurance shareholders elect new board

Wataniya Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved the election of a new board of directors for a three-year term starting June 16, 2025, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on June 15, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The newly elected board members are Hussein Akeil, Faisal Charara, Amin Al Afifi, Haitham Al Bakree, Nidal Radwan, Raed Sater, Omar Hashim, Abir Kaki, and Sami Al Halabi, the statement added.
