SAMA Water shareholders approve 8% cash dividend for 2024

SAMA Healthy Water Factory Co.’s shareholders approved the board recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 8% of capital, or SAR 0.08 a share, for 2024 during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on June 15, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also approved a recommendation to transfer the statutory reserve of SAR 3.06 million as of Dec. 31, 2024, to retained earnings.

 

Moreover, they agreed to authorize the board to distribute interim dividends, either semi-annually or quarterly, for 2025, the statement added.
