SAICO shareholders elect board members for new 3-year term

Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (SAICO) shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term beginning June 25, 2025.

The approval took place during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 15, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected members are Prince Ahmed Al-Saud, Abdulaziz Abussuud, Saleh Al- Helaissi, Waleed Al-Othaimeen, and Najib Bahous.

 

All other agenda items were approved, the statement noted.
