US President Donald Trump
US President Donald Trump said he wants a “real end” to Iran’s nuclear issue, including a full abandonment of nuclear weapons.
He made the comments on June 16 evening while departing from Canada, CBS News correspondent posted on social messaging platform X.
Trump said Israel is unlikely to ease its attacks on Iran.
“You’ll see in the next couple of days,” he noted. “No one has slowed down their attacks so far.”
Trump added that he sees no signs of deeper involvement from North Korea or Russia in aiding Iran.
When asked about helping Americans leave the Middle East, Trump said his administration is working on it.
