Multi Business extends sales outlet contract with stc for 3 years

Multi Business Group Co. extended a framework agreement with Saudi telecom giant stc for the renovation and improvement of the latter’s business environments and sales outlets for three more years.

In a statement on Tadawul today, June 17, Multi Business said the estimated value of the agreement is zero, and purchase orders will be issued based on project needs and available budget.

The relevant financial impact will materialize upon the receipt of separate purchase orders from the client, and will be duly announced, including the periods during which the expected impact would be reflected.

The deal, which involves no related parties, covers the renovation and improvement of workspaces and sales outlets, including construction work, architectural finishes, and electrical and mechanical engineering services.

The agreement extension was signed on May 29, 2025. All necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received today, Multi Business pointed out.
