Sadirat reappoints Ghassan Al-Haidari as Managing Director

Al-Haidari's membership status will be an executive member, the company said in a Tadawul statement.

The regular procedures and decision signatures were completed on June 17.

Al-Haidari holds a master’s degree in financial management from the University of Colorado and has more than 15 years of practical experience. He has been a board member since June 16, 2022.

Further, Al-Haidari served as a member of the Audit Committee from July 20, 2020, to August 31, 2024, and as Managing Director in the 11th session of the board from Sept. 1, 2024, until June 15, 2025.
