Cenomi Centers shareholders elect new board

Arabian Centers Co.'s (Cenomi Centers) shareholders elected board members for the upcoming four-year term, set to begin on June 19, 2025, the company said in a Tadawul statement.
 

The election took place during the ordinary general meeting held on June 17.

 

The elected board members are Fawaz Al-Hokair, Salman Al-Hokair, Abdulrahman Al-Tuwaijri, Kamel Al-Qalam, Mohamad Mourad, Turki Al-Dayel, Khalid Al-Suwailem, Johan Brand, and Ahmed Badrawi.
