Americana mulls acquisition of Five Guys, Cinnabon operator Cravia

Americana Restaurants International PLC studies the acquisition of Cravia, the Middle East operator of Five Guys, and Cinnabon, in a step that aims to enhance its franchise network in the restaurant sector.

 

Talks are still in early stage, Bloomberg reported, citing sources with knowledge of the matter.

 

Dubai-based Cravia also operates Zaatar w Zeit, Seattle's Best Coffee and Carvel.
