Cenomi Centers reappoints Chairman, Vice Chairman

Arabian Centres Co.'s (Cenomi Centers) board of directors reappointed, on June 19, Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair as Chairman and Salman Alhokair as Vice Chairman, according to a Tadawul statement.

In addition, Kamel Alqalam was appointed as Managing Director.

The board formed the audit committee, with Turki Aldayel as Chairman, and Yanal Soudi and Zaher Fattouh as members.

The nomination and remuneration committee was also formed, with Johan Brand as Chairman and Khalid Alsweilem and Mohamad Mourad as members.

The board of directors also appointed a secretary and representatives of the company to liaise with the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) for all purposes related to applying of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
