Gulf General appoints Chairman, Deputy Chairman, forms board committees

Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co. received, on June 22, the Insurance Authority’s (IA) non-objection on appointing Mazen Altamimi as board Chairman and Taher Agueel as Deputy Chairman.

The IA also issued its non-objection of the formation of the board committees, according to a statement by the insurer to Tadawul.

Accordingly, Gulf general formed the executive committee including Mazen Altamimi, Taher Agueel and Mohamed Jazeel.

The investment committee was also formed consisting of Saud AlSulaiman, Taher Agueel and Muath Alzamil.

Meanwhile, the nomination and remuneration committee included Muath Alzamil, Jamal AlDabbagh and Abdulwahab Abukwaik.
