City Cement appoints board Chairman, Deputy Chairman, forms board committees

City Cement Co.’s board of directors appointed, on June 22, Badr bin Omar Alabdullatif as Chairman and Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Shabnan as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also formed the audit committee consisting of Muhammad Al Suraiyea, Muhammad Al Zaim and Muhammad Al Rajhi.

Additionally, they approved the formation of the remuneration and nomination committee including Fahad Alabdullatif, Badr Alabdullatif and Saleh Al-Shabnan, and formed the executive committee including Badr Alabdullatif, Saleh Al-Shabnan, Majid Al Osailan and Muhammad Al Zaim.

Meanwhile, they appointed the representatives of the company at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) for all purposes related to applying of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
