Alhasoob shareholders elect board members for new 3-year term

Alhasoob Co.’s shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term, beginning July 22, 2025, during the general meeting held on June 23.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the new board members are Ali Al Luhaidan, Azzam Alzaben, Abdullah alkhowiter, and Hamad Al Luhaidan.

 

Moreover, shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2025.
