SAIC renames Abdullah Al-Humaidhi Chairman, Mohammed Al-Mutlaq Vice Chairman

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.'s (SAIC) board of directors approved on June 28 reappointing Abdullah Al-Homaidi as Chairman and Mohammed Al-Mutlaq as Vice Chairman, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

In addition, the board appointed Mohammed Al-Dossari as secretary of the board, and formed the nominations and remunerations committee.

The audit committee was formed, with Yasser Al-Rasheed as Chairman, and Bader Al-Rabeeah, Yara Al-Hajri, and Faisal Al-Subaie as members.

 

The board also appointed the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa), and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), for all matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
