Edarat receives new SAR 4.5M purchase order under NEOM contract

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. received today, June 29, a new purchase order under an existing cloud services contract with NEOM.

 

The order covers Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions, Edarat said in a statement to Tadawul. The order is valued at SAR 4.5 million, inclusive of VAT.

The company noted that the new purchase order is an extension of a contract signed on May 10, 2023, for providing cloud services to NEOM. It added that there are no related parties involved.

 

According to Argaam data, Edarat’s original agreement with NEOM includes the delivery of both IaaS and PaaS solutions.
