Saad Al-Sadhan appointed CEO of Zain KSA

Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia’s (Zain KSA) board of directors appointed Saad bin Al-Sadhan as CEO, effective July 1, 2025, ending his appointment as Acting CEO.

 

Al-Sadhan has over 22 years of experience in telecommunications, information technology, and digital services sectors, the telco said in a statement to Tadawul.

He was appointed Acting CEO in August 2024. He previously served as Chief Business and Wholesale Officer.

 

Al-Sadhan holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, in addition to numerous professional certifications in leadership and information technology, the statement added.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Zain KSA board appointed Al-Sadhan as acting CEO for the company in August 2024.
