CATRION signs SAR 33M catering deal with Saudi Aramco

CATRION Catering Holding Co. (CATRION) ) signed a SAR 33 million contract with Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) on June 29, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
 
 

Under the three-year agreement, CATRION will provide in-flight catering services for VIPs and passengers flying with Aramco from King Fahd International Airport in Dammam. The contract also covers catering for chartered and visiting aircraft, as well as the cafeteria at Aramco’s arrival terminal.

 

The deal may be extended for an additional two years and is expected to positively impact CATRION’s financial results starting in the third quarter of 2025.

 

The company said the agreement supports its expansion strategy and marks a key step in strengthening partnerships with major national entities such as Aramco. It added that no related parties are involved in the contract.
