The General Authority for Competition (GAC) issued 10 decisions for economic concentration applications filed in June.

 

This included the approval of Almarai Co.'s full acquisition of Pure Beverages Industry Co., according to the authority’s official X account today, June 30.

According to Argaam’s data, Almarai signed earlier this month an agreement to acquire 100% of Pure Beverages, in a deal valued at SAR 1.04 billion.

 

Pure Beverages is a leading producer of premium bottled drinking water in Saudi Arabia, being the owner of the Ival and Oska brands.
