CATRION inks SAR 36M design, supply contract with Saudia

CATRION Catering Holding Co. (CATRION) signed a three-year contract with Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) for SAR 36 million to provide Saudia with equipment design, procurement, and supply services, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The relevant financial impact of the contract, signed on July 2, will appear on CATRION’s financial statements as of Q3 2025.
This is part of the company’s efforts to support its sustainability plans and principles, in alignment with the continuous growth in passenger traffic and the increasing number of flights operated by Saudia.  
The contract involved related parties, namely Mohammed Al Sarhan, Fahad Moussa, Abdulwahab Al Betari, and Faisal Sabbagh.
