Al Jouf Cement names Ahmed Al-Faleh as Chairman

Al Jouf Cement Co.’s board of directors, in its meeting held on July 2, appointed Ahmed Al-Faleh as Chairman until end of current term on Aug. 5, 2027, replacing Abdullah Al-Ghubain, and Hani Al-Saleh as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al-Saleh was further named as the company’s representative to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), replacing Abdulkarim Al-Nuair, the statement added.
