Munawla names Khalid AlSogair as Chairman, Ali Al Habdan as Vice-Chairman

Munawla Cargo Co.’s board of directors, on July 5, appointed Khalid AlSogair as Chairman of the board, and Ali Al Habdan as Vice-Chairman and CEO, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Waleed Al-Harbi was named as board Secretary, while Abdullah Al Habdan and Abdulaziz Al-Sugair were named as the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

 

Additionally, the audit committee was formed, which includes Abdulrahman Al-Zoman, Mohammed Al-Hamoudi and Abdullah Al Sheikh.
