CMA licenses Osool & Bakheet to arrange securities transactions

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) licensed Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. to conduct arranging activity in the securities business, the market regulator said today, July 7.

 

The decision followed the company’s completion of business commencement requirements, in accordance with the CMA’s decision dated Nov. 2, 2023.
