Naas Petrol reappoints Salman Al-Mutairi as Chairman, Saad Al-Otaibi as Vice Chair

Naas Petrol Factory Co.’s board of directors reappointed Salman Mohsen Raji Al-Mutairi as Chairman and Saad Madath Faris Al-Otaibi as Vice-Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Additionally, the board appointed Bonyan Hilal Suhul Al-Oseimi Al-Otaibi and CEO and Mustafa Mohamed Hassan Ali as Board Secretary.

 

The board also approved the formation of review committee, the nomination and remuneration committee, as well as the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
