Riyad Bank completes $1.25B Tier 2 trust certificate issuance

Riyad Bank completed today, July 8, the issuance of USD-denominated Tier 2 (T2) trust certificates under its international trust certificate issuance program, at a total value of $1.25 billion.

 

 

The trust certificates will be settled on July 14, 2025.

The trust certificates will be listed on the London Stock Exchange's International Securities Market. It may be sold under Regulation S of the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
