Dar Al Arkan reappoints Al Shelash as Chairman, names Al Hathloul Deputy

Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Co.’s board of directors, on July 8, reappointed Yousef Al Shelash as Chairman and Hathloul Al Hathloul as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also formed the audit committee, with Tariq Al Jarallah as Chairman, and Hathloul Al Hathloul and Saud Al Gusayer as members.

 

The remuneration and nomination committee was also formed from Abdulrahman Al Misned as Chairman, and Yousef Al Shelash and Saud Al Gusayer as members.

 

Additionally, the board formed the executive committee with Yousef Al Shelash as Chairman, and Ziad ElChaar, Hathloul Al Hathloul, and Abdulrahman Al Misned as members.

 

The board also named a secretary of the board and the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) for all purposes related to the application of the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations.
