SAR 336.3B tenders launched via Etimad platform in 2024: LCGPA

The total value of government tenders launched via Saudi Arabia’s Etimad platform reached SAR 336.3 billion by the end of 2024, according to a report by the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA).

 

A total of 1,393 high-value tenders worth SAR 233.7 billion were launched on the platform, accounting for around 66% of the total tenders. The local content contribution in government procurement reached SAR 71.96 billion.

 

The number of tenders launched via the platform reached nearly 85,900, with around 34,000 tenders awarded.

 

The value of tenders incorporating local content mechanisms totaled SAR 316.4 billion, with the implementation rate of local content policies and mechanisms—based on total tender value—reaching 94.1% in 2024.
