Adeer’s 1-year investment deal with Sumou Global runs for a year

Adeer Real Estate Co. said its investment agreement with Sumou Global Investment Co. involves a one-year participation in a land investment project in Riyadh.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, Adeer noted that the agreement took effect from the July 10 signing date.

Under the deal, Adeer secured an investment stake in Sumou Global’s land located in eastern Riyadh, under masterplan No. 3969, spanning an area of more than three million square meters, according to Argaam data.
