SAICO reappoints Ahmed Al-Saud Chairman, Abdulaziz Abussuud as Vice Chair

Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co.'s (SAICO) board of directors reappointed Prince Ahmed Al-Saud, a non-executive board member, as Chairman, and Abdulaziz Abussuud, also a non-executive member, as Vice Chairman.

The company also appointed Abdulrahman Al-Saad as Board Secretary.

 

SAICO announced the formation of some board-level committees, including the Executive, Nominations and Remuneration, Risk Management, Investment, and Audit Committees. Their respective chairmen and members were also named.

 

The Audit Committee was formed with Saleh Al-Helaissi as Chairman (Independent), and Feras Al-Harbi and Khalid Al-Bawardi as members (Independent).
