Lana seals SAR 10M framework agreement with NUPCO

Lana Medical Co. signed a framework agreement with the National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO) to manage medical waste at an estimated value of SAR 10 million, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract was signed on July 16, 2025, for a duration of two years, renewable, as of July 31, 2025.

 

 

The relevant financial impact will appear as of Q4 2025, and there are no related parties involved, the statement added.
