United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) appointed Estidamah Capital as financial advisor on the proposed merger with Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC), according to a Tadawul statement.

UCA will duly announce any material developments regarding the planned transaction in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

 

In June, UCA signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with AICC to evaluate a potential merger between the two Saudi-listed companies, according to Argaam data.
