Sport Clubs to debut on TASI on Tuesday

Sport Clubs Co. will start trading on the Main Market (TASI) on Tuesday, July 22, under the symbol 6018 and ISIN Code SA56BG3IU118.

The stock will trade in the first three days with daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively. From the fourth trading day onwards, the daily price fluctuation limits will revert to ±10%, while the static price fluctuation limits will no longer apply.

Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced adding the subscribed shares to eligible shareholders’ accounts today, July 20.

The company floated 34.32 million shares, representing 33% of its capital, at a nominal value of SAR 1 per share.

It allocated 6.86 million shares to retail investors at SAR 7.50 each, determined through a book-building process. The retail tranche was oversubscribed by approximately 533.6%, with a minimum allocation of 10 shares per individual subscriber.
